Storagewise I'm okay (except maybe for a system drive, but I could always upgrade to a SSD at some later point). I'm guessing I'd need at least an i5 of some kind? I could probably keep the case, but that's all - the psu is ancient, as is mobo, vid card and processor.

God, I hope they improve the effects in final post. The greenscreen backgrounds are just as fake-HDR-looking as they were in LOTR. They were okay back then, but I think effects work has improved enough over the past 10 years that we can expect better.
