not too frequently for me, just a little spotty which comes and goes.

Easily the best launch of a mmorpg I've ever encountered. Not only that, I just downloaded the 60 meg patch in about 8 seconds

I had EQ and CoH running at the same time briefly. I experienced lag during that ><

Everthing had been great up until the past couple of days. I got on yesterday afternoon and kept getting that rewinding thing going on, where I couldn't even progress through the city with warping back repeatedly to the places I was running from. It seems to be cleared up now, I didn't notice it at all late last night.

And yes I agree, this was a fantastic launch.

Desolet, I've had the same issues at times, I'm not sure exactly what causes the problem but it's there at times. I died a few times running through hazardous areas because of input lag - I'd accidentally queue an attack power and hit the wrong mob or I'd move the wrong way and end up in a group of purples :o

It hasn't been bad the last few days though.

I've seen the same thing every once in awhile. Without knowing the mechanics of it, it seems that when a zone gets heavy enough population to spawn a new instance is when the lag/rebound effect happens.

I had originally put it off to not remembering to unload extraneous bullshit i don't need running while gaming. Then I noticed laggy periods and noticed new instances of the zone i was in when i took the tram from point a to point b shortly after the lag bombs.

could be totally off base though. I hardly have any hard data to support this idea.

I've only seen it in the newbie zones (AP, KR, GC) and typically when I'm in the first instance of that zone. I've gotten in the habit of always going to the newest instance of a zone and since then I've noticed it happening OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS less. May just be the load of new players/new characters.
