The first 2 screenshot are from an instance dungeon called the deadmines.

Yesterday, I completed a quest which culminated by a NPC summoning a bunch of wisps and sending them off to try and heal the damage to the trees in the Charred Vale

This is the entrance to the instance dungeon, Razonfen Kraul, in the southern Barrens.

This last one was found when I was exploring. I won't reveal the location of it but right now it doesn't go anywhere or actually do anything. the valley is also unpopulated of monsters. So sinister!!
