He's fat enough to need two seats, I'd complain if he was sitting in my seat with me.

He's also a danger to the rest of the people on board. Taking up half the aisle, sitting ON the arm rest, with no way he can be buckled in. If there's any big emergency he's going to block people from getting around and/or crush someone to death.
There's a great business opportunity here for an airline to cater only to obese passengers. Or have an obese seating area on planes.
