This is really pissing me off and I havent found the solution...Yet..
Upon startup stupid windows live messenger KEEPS loading.. yes I have took it out upon start up but after 3 days..there it is again loading on startup...grrr..
Any solutions besides deleting it?

to remove Messenger, go to the Control Panel and select Programs and Features
in the list, select Windows Live Essentials and then click on the Change/Remove option..
Or uncheck the top box:

"Please do the needful" is a common expression in the India area so it comes as no surprise you'd hear it a lot if that's where your support is based out of.
"Do the needful" is an expression, now archaic or used humorously except in South Asian English, which means "do that which is requisite or necessary".
