Song Remakes

Post by Bubba Grizz »

I was thinking what people thought about song remakes and maybe list some of their favorites or some that just were horribly redone.

To name a couple I really like:
Pretty Woman - Roy Orbson and redone by Van Halen
Live and Let Die - Paul McCartney and redone by Guns & Roses

You're gonna get yelled at. I did when I tried starting a new thread about Cover Songs too.

The Bangles did a cover of Hazy Shade of Winter for the movie Less Than Zero. I like it better than the original.

Originally written by Paul Simon
originally recorded by Simon and Garfunkel in 1967

Fuck yeah! The goofy keyboard shit converts nicely to guitar. A3 is one of my favorite bands--used to go see them in la at every opportunity. It is a little lost without Blondie though!
