So I'm looking into getting my dad a wok for christmas. He's all big into cooking, and he does stir fry's now and then, so I figured it might be a good idea. Only thing is, I know nothing about woks and what to look for. I want a stove top one, not an electric wok. What kind of things should I be looking out for? Good brands? Any good places to order them online from?

Go to an Asian store and get a small commercial flat bottomed wok and tell him to use it like a saute pan
