So, what was "fixed", and does that mean it was truly broken?

I dont think I've ever had a spell come up as a miss. Resists and partial resists, sure, but no misses. Is that item bugged or something. It's been a while since I've played, so i could be unaware of some changes to the game mechanics i guess.

Although I don't play a caster the way I understand it is that +spellhit works as if you are decreasing the chance for mobs to resist your spell.

I think it lowers the chance for a mob to 100% resist, but if they have high specific resist and the spell type allows, they can still partially resist.
