It's about 5 people that post relatively frequently. I blame the damn joysticks on the Playstation controllers.

I use VV mosly as a journal for some things. Works well to go back and gab URLs etc that I've posted about in the past. I'd probably still post if I was the only one left!

VV dies whenever Py decides to stop paying the host. It' be nice to archive the messages on a Chinese server for posterity. If it's less than a 12 GB file I can do it!

Which doesn't in any way, shape, or form negate the rest of the article or the claim in the text of my link. I knew you'd try to dig for any little nugget of hope you could cling onto, though.

On topic, I had to pick a green thing out of my chicken bake at lunch. I think it was lettuce or something.

We can eat just about anything. Vegetarianism, a break in that evolutionary tradition, is strictly a social act that separates the eater from others, tends to make that person believe that they are somehow a morally superior individual, and allows him to feel more virtuous than meat eaters. In that way it's like choosing not to use a cell phone or avoiding television at all costs. Nothing wrong with that. If it works for you and harms no one, then go ahead and do it. Good for you!

Damn, that was a good response! I'm proud of myself!

Would add to this, "And don't be a sanctimonious douche about it!" Most Vegans, Mac users/Apple zealots, Christian fundamentalists, white supremacists and others who are militant about their "thing" that they've chosen to wrap their life around simply alienate everyone by their bigoted and judgmental (as Spang has done lately) presentation of their beliefs.

If they'd just chill a bit people might actually listen to them.

Of course by adding that you'd be yet another sanctimonious douche and no one would listen :)

Bigotry is the state of mind of a bigot: someone who, as a result of their prejudices, treats or views other people with fear, distrust or hatred on the basis of a person's opinion, ethnicity, evaluative orientation, race, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, or other characteristics.

That's a component of it - you treat and view people with fear, distrust and hatred due to their beliefs. As exhibited by your posts of the last couple years.

That would make it like every study you have posted since you went wacko.
When I was younger, I used to think that the world was doing it to me and that the world owes me some thing…When you're a teeny bopper, that's what you think. I edited the post, so it should make more sense now. However, I won't be surprised if you're still confused.

With my Soylent meals, I'm pretty damn close to being a veggie myself although I'll eat anything for entertainment.

Hi miir!

Never forget!

It's funny you say that.. I recently read through a large portion of this thread. There are some moments there that are gold.

Hey miir! Definitely some good times. There are some threads I've been meaning to go back and read, if for no other reason than to laugh at the dumb shit I said.
