And I remember, I was sitting downstairs while she was upstairs reading it, and I was like, if I could go back in time and tell the 16-year-old version of me that Traci Lords is going to be hanging out in your living room ... my 16-year-old head would explode. First, the 16-year-old would be like, where'd you get a time machine, and then the 16-year-old would be like, does she want to have sex with us, and then I'd have to break it to the 16-year-old that, no, Traci Lords -- even many years from now -- [is] still not interested in your fat ass.
When I was younger, I used to think that the world was doing it to me and that the world owes me some thing…When you're a teeny bopper, that's what you think. I'm 40 now, I don't think that anymore, because I found out it doesn't f--king work. One has to go through that. For the people who even bother to go through that, most assholes just accept what it is anyway and get on with it." - John Lennon
I thought it was pretty funny, but I was a little disappointed. I hold Kevin Smith to a pretty high standard, and I don't think it was nearly as funny as a lot of his other films.

It is a soppy film, but then a lot of Kevin Smith films are. Still, I really liked this film, it was funny, and for the first time I didn't find that Seth Rogen guy to be absolutely shitty. It's the only film I have seen him in (of 3) that wasn't shit. Although I think that was more to do with the script he had than his own appeal.
Still, one of the best films of the last year, if a little silly and soppy.
Seth Rogen plays the exact same guy in every movie he has ever been in. I'm not sure how anyone could think one role was more or less funny than the other.
