Actually Cochran made a lot of employers scared to discriminate based on race...And made it clear to a lot of police departments that abusing prisoners was a bad thing (to the tune of millions for his clients and himself...He accomplished a lot of good...Then there's that OJ thing...

i had a bad image of Cochran as well before last night.

but his media persona was not at all like his real life apparently. He did a whole lot of pro-bono (free) work for people who had their civil rights being violated, etc.

He was actually extremely highly regarded by his peers in the legal profession as somebody with integrity. THat may not mean much, but since none of us know anything about the law, and i mean anything
