Great game and I have to admit that the Michigan fans were all really nice and polite (this in stark contrast to us OSU faithful). Hell, I couldn't even provoke the students into heckling me. I hope someone up high has faith in Lloyd Carr and extends his contract, because it appears Michigan has fou...

Lycopene is naturally occuring in fruits like Tomatos I believe. Supposedly it's the hot supplement right now because it can reduce risk for prostate cancer--important for any man. I haven't read much on it, but know thats what it's being advertised as. Hope it helps. -alfan wtf mate, where you been...

It's finally here! Who is going and what are your predictions?
-Alfan
my prediction: A.J. Hawk scores 4 touchdowns, records 9 sacks, and eats Michael Hart in an unprecedented second half performance for the win.
Buckeyes by 14.

That's arguing semantics, clearly nuclear weapons were under that umbrella of WMD.

We have that here too Kluden. The sororities all have suites which are just really nice dorms. It actually doesn't work out that badly for them because it's as cheap as dorm housing, nicer, and its cleaned for them daily. Of course, they cant throw parties there, but that's what annexes and renting ...

Frats are huge at my school, we even spawned 4 of them. I recently pledged too Rivera and so far I've been happy with my choice. Also, with regards to the rented friend issue, most of the kids in my pledge class seemed to have gone to highschool with some brothers, etc. So, along with the fringe ben...

Modern terror was practically invented in Europe. In fact, it started the last great era in modern history (the assassination of Franz Ferdinand). Ireland has been bombing its own country and England for decades. Spain was also bombed this year, as were countries in the Pacific. And if anyone has be...

Guster
I had some free tickets to a Guster concert two nights ago, so I decided to check it out. I had heard a little of their stuff and found it palatable but have never been into Guster. I must say, however, that live they were a lot of fun. Their show seemed very polished and watching their drummer on h...

You can take a smooth wooden rod (8-10 inches long) that provides ample grip room. Then tie a peice of rope about four-five feet in length to a ten pound weight on one end and the rod on the other. Then hold your arms straight out and turn the rod until the weight comes all the way up like on a spoo...

Yea, Xzion, you're right. It's impossible to gain any considerable mass while exercising like a fool. All the body builders get really fat in the off season, like Big Ron Coleman.

You might seriously benefit from some sort of Pilates or Yoga type exercising. It's all pretty low impact, but in conjuction with weightlifting it can really build total strength really fast. And it sucks, but the best way to improve strength is pushing yourself :/ As soon as you're not struggling t...

If you want to gain weight you can't do any sort of extensive cardio. It just doesn't work. What bodybuilders do (and you shouldn't) is get really large in the off-season and then drop a ton of weight in a 12 week pre-season regiment. I cant see how this is healthy so don't even consider it =P. But ...
