If you haven't ordered yet, you can get a Q6600 for under 300 bucks. Is it worth the extra money or not, is something you could do some research on and check out. But it is in the same price range as most of the Core 2 duo's. Just something to think about.

The orignal xbox gained marketshare because it was superior hardware wise to the ps2. The games looked better on the xbox then they did the ps2. That being said, I don't see how the 360 is going to hold over the ps3 if the hardware is superior and the price drops.
