Creatine doesn't make you bigger, it helps your muscles recuperate faster and it can give you a little extra strength. I had acupubcture treatmenbt for sleep trouble and it really helped me there. The woman claimed she could do a lot for pain too, but I can't attest to that. I can say that it really helped me relax though, and that it helped with my sleeping problems.
